UV-resistant packaging:
UV-resistant bulk bags is for Europe, North America and the Middle East and other areas with high requirements for anti-aging polypropylene packaging. According to the scientific ratio after multiple formulation optimization, production of the special base material which is several anti-aging additives and polypropylene carrier resin have excellent UV protection and good dispersion.
This product integrates anti-oxygen anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet and thermal stability functions, it is not only can protect the resin during the wire processing process, but also can effectively delay the degradation of the resin during the later using process, and reduce the damage of ultraviolet radiation to polypropylene resin.
The product is light yellow and can be quickly dispersed in the material. It can be clearly seen whether the dispersion is uniform or not.
Main uses:
It is suitable for aggregate bags that have higher requirements for anti-aging. The additives used in the product are non-toxic and harmless, passing through SGS and REACH. At present, it is mainly used in North American, European and Middle Eastern tons of bags. As Japan’s requirements for bulk bags have increased, it has gradually replaced imported products.
